This rebate is available to Massachusetts residents, and businesses and non-profit organizations licensed to operate in the Commonwealth. The MOR-EV Standard rebate can be applied to the sale/lease of eligible vehicles at the time of purchase. The minimum term for leased vehicles is 36 months. The Total MSRP includes all costs associated with a vehicle as recommended by the manufacturer. It encompasses the base price of the vehicle, additional features and packages (including but not limited to battery upgrades, autonomous upgrades, wheel and tire packages, paint options, audio and infotainment system) and destination charges as suggested by the manufacturer and listed on the vehicle's Monroney label or window sticker.
